Brief Overview

This machine continuously pulls flexible roll film, forms the film into a tube around products, completes longitudinal backsealing, crosssealing and cutting, and outputs pillowshaped sealed packages. It works for regularshaped solid goods. For chocolate production, it supports coldseal film to avoid heatcaused chocolate melting.

Working Principle

1. Products are delivered by the infeed conveyor.
2. Packaging film unwinds and goes through forming former to wrap around items.
3. Longitudinal rollers finish the back seal.
4. Horizontal endseal knives seal both ends and cut off individual packs.
5. Finished pillowstyle packs discharge out of the machine.
